Appearance
Finn has a remarkable talent - he always, always looks tired. A product of insomnia and overwork, the storms that brew in his dark blue eyes are made more intense by pale skin, dark shadows and a jaw lined with days old stubble. But with a crown of soft chestnut curls and a smile that is disarming in its sincerity, he can seem almost angelic at a first glance; something that probably doesn’t help in his line of work.

While it can’t be said that he dresses as impeccably as his counterparts, Finn does always look presentable, his clothes pressed and formal and tailored to fit. First impressions matter little to him, and he favours practicality over fashion, people over objects, method over results.

He can hold his own in a fight if he has to, but that is more by chance than design; tall and carrying the sort of muscle gained from an active lifestyle, he’s definitely no brick wall.

Personality
Still waters run deep in Finn. A private person and notoriously difficult to get close to, there’s more than one skeleton hiding in his closet.

Fiercely inquisitive, analytical and with a sharp intellect, he could be considered the brains of any operation. He works hard and those who accuse him of throwing himself in at the deep end are likely right; Finn has a tendency for getting too close to things, too involved, and it’s a double edged sword.

There’s a problem, too. Something of a social outcast and lacking in confidence, he is easily led or pushed around, even when he doesn’t necessarily believe it is the right course of action. His conscience makes him pay for it - kindness and empathy are heavy burdens to bear - and it drives him towards being something of a loner.

History
High crags and sharp drops into slate grey seas - that was where Finn Rosencrantz was made. The ins and outs are closely guarded and, in Finn’s case, much better left forgotten.
