Appearance
Dark, alluring fox eyes with red-tinged mahogany irises. Feathered brows set into a proud arch. Full lips most often seen set in a pensive frown. Anju has very striking features, and yet despite their arresting properties, is not prone to utilizing them. Dark curls fall quite far down her back, frequently done up in intricate braids or buns. Taller than average, Anju has broad shoulders and a more muscular build reminiscent of a boxer instead of a runner with thick forearms and biceps.
Personality
Despite the welcoming air that surrounds her, interaction with Anju is far from coddling. She could care less about manipulation, seduction, or simpering. Quite blunt and at times socially awkward, Anju sees little purpose in fanciful words - or, sometimes, any words at all. As such Anju has few friends and her loyalties are far more religious in nature. For all her beauty, she is a rough-edged diamond; unwilling to give under pressure, a delight to gaze upon, but something to keep your hands far away from.
History
Anju did not need to be born in Stormbreak to earn a sense of entitlement. She is the sole daughter to an inventor and a politician, and as such she was both well taken care of (which led to little responsibility and plenty of free time) and scrutinized (which developed in her a sharp tongue and devil may care attitude). Not taking the path of either parent certainly earned her stares and whispers alike, but Anju's parents were both fair and open-minded. While not overly affectionate, they were supportive of her through her adolescence, and only murmured their concerns about her joining the Dragoons in the privacy of their own home. And while Anju was not prone to straying far from the capitol...it seems the outer world has come to them regardless.

Anju bonded with Riya at a young age, and as such the two are like a pair of cogs in a well-oiled machine. Or exasperated siblings - it truly depends on the day. Anju often speaks with plural pronouns as she does not care to fully distinguish between herself and Riya.

Where Anju is more grumbling stone than woman, Riya is a dandelion puff set on fire and let loose in a crowded street. Riya has the spatial awareness of a massive dog that thinks it can still fit in your lap - fitting, considering that's how large she is - and yet also takes great joy in twining around your ankles like a cat to intentionally trip you up. You'll often know where Anju is by hearing Riya's loud draconic screaming as she gleefully and unnecessarily expresses herself.
