Nikolai has dark brown hair and green eyes. He's slightly on the paler side and is leanly muscular. He's always wearing jeans, sneakers, and a comfortable shirt.
Personality
Nikolia is a temperamental guy who can be cold as ice towards strangers and enemies alike. He loathes his father but is a complete mama's boy. Towards the very few people who worm their way into his heart he can be very loving and compassionate. Even a little playful. Nikolai is a fantastic listener even if he's not the best at comforting people. Just don't take his advice, it's usually something involving violence. He's a shoot first, ask questions never kind of guy who will never hesitate to use violence to put someone in their place. Nikolia loves cats and is always looking after strays. He might be obsessed with shiny objects. Don't look in his sock drawer, it's filled with watches, coins, jewelry, rocks, and all manner of shiny things. He has an incredibly inquisitive mind is always reading up on something new. Regardless of his cold and mean demeanor Nikolia cannot take a compliment or any manner of praise without blushing or stuttering.
History
Nikolai originally had a relative peaceful life, spending his days helping out at his family's bakery and reading every book he could get his hands on. His father is a fanatically devout follower of the Old Gods, which normally Nikolai could toe around. However, one day his mother expressed a desire to Ascend. His father was horrified and instead of hearing her out, began to curse her as a "heathen" demanding she leave "his" home and stay away from "his" son. His poor mother ran away in tears, headed for the shrine of the Voice before Nikolai could even get a word in. Because of this, he went and Ascended as well. He and his mom both Ascended when Nikolai was 22.

His mom tends to call him Niki. If anyone else dares though he will stab them.
