I have never gone without it.” Even in his weakened state as he was when he woke, he’d had it. Even when he’d made the change from Accepted to Ancient, he’d had it to start.
The shadow relaxes as he thinks about Dygra for a long moment and her ability to bless them with so many unique things, nodding his head in agreement as he starts to collect the already polished pieces now that they were complete. “For as long as I have known my dark lady, she has never wanted to be predictable.” And Astaroth, who had zero idea what he was entirely getting into when he’d made the change, well… He couldn’t complain one bit.
