Finding little of anything to go off of, the Flood huffs a little sigh – a bit petulantly, if he’s being honest. He stands from where he’d knelt beside her, hoping to find some amount of scarlet petals in his shadow. Stretching out his leg, he joins her in searching under the roots and on the edges of the underbrush nearby it in case anything is hidden when her question reaches him and he nods.
“Yeah, gonna block out the creatures.” He offers with a small smile – because he couldn’t quite get the family blocked out entirely. At least, not until they managed to get their hands on some of the Family’s blood. But until then? This was the best they could do, given how late in the game he is, unfortunately. "The citizens chose the Barrows, so we'll start there first and see how it goes." It wasn't going to be easy, that much he already knew.
