The room was perfection. Flora had really outdone herself when she'd imagined this place, all loam and sea salt and citrus. Sohalia lounged with her friends, sitting daintily on a blanket in the bend of the stream, clad in a light pink robe that was so soft and silky that she was half convinced this was all a dream. She'd piled her hair messily atop her head, leaving her shoulders bare for their future massages, and her skin gleamed with some kind of citrus-y lotion that had even softened her scars to some degree.
Flora, unsurprisingly, was quick to play the part of hostess, putting Colt on the spot almost immediately. At the rancher's complaint, Soh added a muttered, "Amen." Men were stupid and stunted, almost enough so to make her swear off of them entirely.

In any case, she offered nothing aside from a look of utter agreement, picking up a glass of champagne to sip on idly. Melita needled Colt, inviting her to share more information. Soh herself had to admit to some curiosity. Her experiences with men had been utter failures, to say the least, so having a clue for who to watch out for would certainly be welcome to perhaps avoid some of the mistakes she'd made in the past - or new ones altogether.
And then Melita was sharing that she'd been on a date recently, and the utter romantic in Sohalia couldn't help but perk up at the news. "Ooooo," she said, leaning in towards Mel as though ready to hear some juicy secret shared. "Who? Where? Details, Mel!"
