Naked arms, his secrets still like songs I never learned

The sun was high, the street crowded, but the world was dark for the alchemist. No, not dark. Just...black, perhaps. Although...it wasn't actually. Behind his sightless eyes, Remi could have sworn things went from a pitch colour to something more like darkened ash. He wasn't naive enough to think his sight was returning, but he was hopeful enough to think that perhaps something was taking root. Regardless though, that didn't help him with today's outing.

Today, he would go to the bakery alone. Isla had offered to accompany him, just in case, but Remi had declined. Worst case scenerio he could simply ask someone to help lead him home. As it was, he strolled through the Settlement in the body of a lion. The feline had the best sense of smell, and it was on this specific sense that he was relying. As a man he could smell Devas Bakery from perhaps 10 meters away. As a lion though, the scent of yeast and milk and all the strange and mouth-watering spices that Amalia used in her creations were like a tangible ribbon drawing him towards her.

The only trouble was all the people who were in his way.

Trying to sift through the scent of the bakery and whomever might be before him, eventually, the lion wove his way unsteadily, until he believed that he was outside of his friend's shop.
Speaks with a thick Italian accent.
Force and magic can be used against Remi without permission.
