He’d sent out the notes and letters detailing to meet him in the Tundra on this day. Detailing what it was they were to seek out, for the heart to bring back to Safrin. A rare creature, she’d specified, and he’d made it a point to try and figure out just what to go and try to get. And with all of them in tow, it made it all that easier. He hates Halo, he always has, it didn’t have good memories for him in the slightest – but this is where the creature he seeks is, this is where they go.
Perhaps he can enact some form of his rage.
His jaw is set tight, bow and quiver set along his back, the sword he’d grabbed from Ianto’s wagon at his hip, brass knuckles along his fist clothed in leather gloves. And he’s fitted with plenty of furs to ward off the chill, the frustration internally at picking this as opposed to something within the Grounds or even Torchline.
Haai settles along his shoulders, ever the scout to slip up toward the sky to peer and view as far as she can see, trying to keep an eye out for the dragons that blend in with their entire surroundings. He wonders if it’s been a mistake. “Alright, rumor has it they’re here.” Sunjata utters quietly, no longer sick, the best shape he’s been in since Deepfrost.
