He watched the ascended fall into the bed with a distant curiosity, wondering what else he should do with the man. He looked to the fire place, to the embers glowing, that could easily summon a full flame again. Looking down at the feverish ascended again, he frowned in thought, and then wandered over to the window.
Opening said window, he grabbed generous fistfuls of snow, and committed the cardinal sin of Halo - dowsing the wood in the fireplace with a soft sizzle of snow. And then he left the window open too.
Neron would probably be able to resuscitate the fire if he tried hard and long enough, and shut the window too. But as far as Chulane knew, he didn't have an attuned shift available to him (and Chulane wasn't going to give him one in his current state), nor any abandoned magic stored away - locking him away in the room with a window cracked to try and manage the ascended's temperature was about all he could do in this moment.
"Hope you can get some rest, Neron." The Chief said softly, before making a quick exit, shutting the door to the bedroom behind him, and going past the office to grab every key he could find. While he was sure the ascended could get out of the bar if he really wanted to, he had a suspicion that the illness currently afflicting Neron would slow him down just enough to stay within the confines of his temporary holding cell long enough.
Then Chuy left the Kraai, locking the door behind him with one of the many keys he had, frowning all the while at the implications.
