[SWE] Life Renews

flowerbirth Light and life has returned to the Hollowed Grounds, but LongNight's touch can be seen everywhere. Still, spring has sprung and that only means one thing - the time of Fiat Lux will soon be here! Bright banners (little more than strips of dyed cloth, in truth) hang from the shutters and doorframes of houses and businesses, and any Natural worth their salt will be eager to pass on the message. The festival will take place in the Fields at the height of Flowerbirth. Entertainment. food, booze, laughter and great company - it is a fitting way to shake off the Deepfrost blues. A celebration of nature and new beginnings, this is a time to be enjoyed by all. But there is a lot to do before the festivities can really begin... Welcome to the Flowerbirth seasonal event! It will last from March 1 - April 30. This event will take place in two parts. GASP. EDIT: Due to the completion of I. The Spire, this seasonal event was delayed. For that reason, the second part will now begin on April 6th, and will run until MAY 6TH. This is to give everyone time to get their replies in. All requirements must be met to complete the event. Multiple characters can participate, but the threads do not carry across! (I.E. Both characters must complete all eight threads to gain +2 stat each). Please include {SEASONAL EVENT} somewhere in your thread title, especially if you make an open thread! Please complete the following requirements: 1. 2 threads cleaning up after LongNight. (This can be things such as repairing houses, clearing debris from the streets etc.) 2. 1 thread preparing something for the festival! (Food, drink, decorations, music, games?) 3. 1 thread contributing to Flowerbirth by planting something! (Is it a tree? Flowers? Crops? Herbs? Something MAGICAL?) 4. Respond at least twice to {SWE} Fiat Lux 5. 1 thread with your character lighting a candle and adding it to the Wheel of Fire in the festival <3 6. 1 thread finding a partner and dancing with them in celebration of the festival <3 7. 1 thread enjoying the festival (this can be anything you like). There are also new records for seasonal flora/fauna! Chorus Bees (Flowerbirth):  Always flying in a swarm, these bees have developed the ability to buzz in harmony. Docile for the most part, as long as they aren't disturbed this gigantic swarm will leave you alone and seems happy to have their melodies listened to. When disturbed however they can become incredibly aggressive and will attack as if they are one large entity. Magna Vermis (Flowerbirth): The Magna Vermis are, simply, gigantic earthworms (ranging from 1 foot up to 10 feet). Unlike regular earthworms, rather than suffocating when it rains, these worms congregate en masse during Flowerbirth showers. They taste like chicken and provide excellent protein if eaten. Be warned however, they can be extremely protective of puddles that they find... ??????? (Flowerbirth): Affecting no species of flower in particular, during Flowerbirth many flowers appear ... larger. Growing up to 10x their regular size, the affected flowers have also developed teeth and the ability to move up to 5ft. Luring in animals and humans alike, these newly-carnivorous plants will happily eat fingers who try to pluck them or noses that try to sniff them
