Oh, and things were going so well. Perhaps she’s taken her secrecy a little too far, but can you blame her, when Mr. Secrets himself is in bed with her? Or perhaps he’s revealing that he’s more bark than bite - faced with the prospect of something keeping him on his toes (nevermind that he’s making idiotic decisions left and right) - he shrinks away. Her eyes narrow ever so slightly and she pushes herself up to look down at him.
“Not quite the answer I was hoping for,” she says lightly, but there’s an edge to it. Rising from the bed, she walks to the entrance of the room, still naked. Water. Water is good. Pausing at the entrance, she her head back to him and fixes the man with a peculiar gaze. “I don’t want a relationship with you. But if you can’t take what you dish out, don’t start things.” Padding quietly to get a glass of water from a pitcher in the dining area, she will be perfectly polite to him until he leaves - offering him water too, and food if he wants it. But there are serious doubts now as to whether or not she’ll ever fuck him again.
