There’s almost a hurt look that crosses his face, mock in the fact that he’d somehow missed out on a prize. “Why am I not surprised.” He hums thoughtfully, face twisting in something akin to a thoughtful look. But then, as Nate continues about the wedding, Sunjata certainly can’t help but to exhale a quite exaggerated sigh. “I’m an idiot sometimes, quite too prideful.”
But then, Nate’s commenting on the scar that spans his palm. “All it takes.” He agrees, before pulling Nate a bit closer – intertwining his hand with the Ascendeds before leaning back a bit more and somehow tangling himself into the raven haired man beside him, prepared to talk about random bullshit the rest of the night until he certainly had to sleep.
