Edmund opens his eyes and gapes in delight and awe at the fire in his hand. "I did it." The child's voice is a hushed and breathless with his amazement. He's managed to pick up the flame of a lighter before, but he never realized that he could move fire. He glances at his aunt and her twin flame with a beaming smile, "Thank you Auntie!" He never would have known he could do this without her.
Eyes returning to the fire in his hand, Edmund watches it with wonder. Twisting his hand, the flame travels across his palm, his fingers and the back of his hand in small loops. It's incredible and Edmund's face hurts from grinning so widely.
