Kissing Remi again for good measure, Ronin shrugs his shoulders. [say]We'll make it work,[/say] he says simply; perhaps he's being a little naive at the prospect of being able to do something again rather than wasting away on the sidelines, but - horrible as it is to say - he thinks they've come out of worse fights having been victorious. Whatever the depths of Starfall has in store for them, they'll roll with it like they always have.
(Providing, of course, he feels comfortable enough to go with the Flora of it all still outstanding).
Raising his eyebrows at Remi's suggestion, Ronin relaxes back into the hotsprings and hums out a sigh. [say]What if we have one of them go in our place?[/say] he ventures. [say]Then we can channel each other in, and it'll be another body in the fight permanently. Granted, I don't know how wide the tunnels are going to be down there, or whether that's feasible...[/say]
Nodding his silent agreement about hunting for bait, the Knight only scoffs a laugh as Remi volunteers himself, and he splashes his husband for good measure. [say]You'll do no such thing.[/say]

Listening to the sagacity parsed through, he nodded, unfolding and unfurling more of the necessary efforts. [say]I can contact Hadama and see if he is willing to come again.[/say] His advantage in the water would be beneficial, as well as the heady amounts of gravity spikes hastened out – as long as they could get ahold of the damned wyrm. That way Sunjata would be available for challenging, and might be able to grant them a boon with his own Flood abilities. [say]And your grappling abilities would be quite helpful[/say] he extended to Remi, at which he wrinkled his nose, juvenile and boyish.
Hunting for wild void beasts before the journey was fine as well; and could be easily done while they were situated in Halo, unless they had other ideas. [say]Any preference? We have some of the infected foxes here.[/say] The luxere and ursur would be difficult to travel with on a good day.
Ronin’s suggestion was met with an arched brow, but mainly because he wasn’t certain of the parameters and pragmatics of it all either. Striving to settle back into the springs, rather than be taut and unyielding again all the way through his spine, he would let them decide on that front. [say]I can upgrade the gas masks too – they could be helpful if anymore poison shows up.[/say]
With some plans measured and taken, the confidence somewhat restored would eventually dissuade and diminish over a course of days - all to come undone.
