Trailing at the rear, it’s with a few zips here and there to encourage the herd to keep moving in the right direction that the harpy also finds herself sore from flying just as Danta’s experiencing. She’s quietly grateful when they come to a stop, flying down beside Fox to shift into herself and nudge him once he’s presumably shifted back. A bright smile is flashed toward him as the tasks are starting to get taken. “[say]Let’s do the fenceline?[/say]” She suggests to him, knowing that her choice would likely win out anyway.
So she turns to the rest of them as she snags her husband’s hand. “[say]We’ll put up the fence![/say]” Stepping over to take the supplies they’ll need for it, its with a large roll of rope and many stakes that the harpy slips away to create a boundary starting at the treeline so it’s more secure of a base to keep them all contained in a grassy spot that she hopes they’ll find some food to snack on before the herd catches some rest too.
Kiada suggests that her and Fox take the fenceline making! She’ll also take the 3rd watch!

The general mood of the group seems to be sore, whether thats from the saddle, wings, or being on four paws all day, and Fox is no different. He's just stretching and rolling his shoulders as Kiada strolls over, the hunter flashing her a grin despite the nudge feeling like a punch right to his overworked muscles. [say]"I think we can manage that between us,"[/say] he agrees, slipping an arm around her waist and treating himself to a few kisses to her temple and cheek before she's telling the group their plan and it's back to work again.
Following suit with a long coil of rope in hand and some stakes under his arm, while Kiada focuses on the treeline, Fox starts at the shore of a fast-flowing stream where some of the unicorns are already stopping for a well-deserved drink. They seem to like him much more as a man, he thinks, but he still gives them a wide berth as he tacks stakes into the ground and loops rope around them, inching back to meet his wife in the middle.
Fox takes the fenceline with Kia and will do 2nd watch!

With everyone heading off to complete their chores, Danta is left with a few other ranchers to help set up camp - which suits him just fine, because it means he can chat shit with Asta while he cooks and makes them a fire, and also ensure that their tent is the best location. (Perks of the job, am I right?)
And so, hoisting rope and arranging canvas and ensuring that the bedrolls are set out for all parties, between all of their efforts, eventually they've created a nice little campsite for themselves. The unicorns are settled in their area and unlikely to wander off into the dark even without Fox and Kia's fencing to deter them, and Asta's meal goes down especially well - food always tastes better on an empty stomach anyway.
Before long it's time to turn in for the night, the slumber only interrupted by shaking the next person awake for their turn at watch. When the sun rises, it will be onward into the Outer Brambles.
