Happy to hear Sunjata accept his offer, Zavien leads the way towards the ship. He continues to talk with the demigod about Petronella, elaborating on his ability to attract animals as more stray cats seem to hang in the peripheral. They keep their distance from the looming sea panther, but follow along nonetheless, hoping to earn his affection briefly.
When he reaches the gangplank, he turns to Sunjata with a large smile, grateful for the company. [say]"I hope to meet you again soon. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with me."[/say] His grin is lopsided and genuine, excited to have made a new friend in the Flood and the sea panther. Waving goodbye, Zavien boards the ship, desperate to be devoured by his bed and the looming darkness of sleep. And lucky for him, a few feline friends stow away to keep him company on his journey home.
