Plans for the next season were many and varied, and Alys had no qualms about sharing them with her friend. [say]"Traveling, mostly. I've got clients in most regions for my tarot readings now, so I'll work as we go."[/say] It was what she'd been doing so far, and it had worked well. She'd hired as assistant to run her shop in King's End, but there were others across Caido who could use her services. She could even sell some of the crystals and herbs she curated - there were many benefits to having a partner who was a courier, after all.
[say]"I'm also trying to finish my quest,"[/say] she said. [say]"I have to play tag with someone, presumably so that I can learn something about dodging my opponents."[/say] She eyed Deimos warily. He'd always had a penchant for offering her training - and delighting in besting her during it. [say]"I don't suppose you might want to play?"[/say] she asked wryly, and was equal parts pleased and mortified when he agreed.
They wrapped up their conversation shortly thereafter as Erebos roused from his nap, with Alys promising to visit once the season had changed once more.
