Linked arms were very chaste compared to a lot of what Edy had spoken of, so Sam would not complain. He mostly listened to her on the way home but interjected where he felt he had something to say. It made a refreshing difference from staying quiet because he felt no one would be interested.
When they came to her door, he was almost disappointed. "Alright. Goodnight. ..And...thank you."
