Deimos,
I hope all is well in Halo.
I trust you have also heard the latest message from The Family. We haven't seen much activity from Stormbreak, but more and more people are arriving in Torchline from the region to seek refuge.
With that in mind, and given the personal nature of Dahlia's threat to us, Remi and I have spoken and we're sorry to say that we cannot risk the outing we discussed previously.
Believe me when I tell you that this was a difficult decision to make, but in light of the broadcast, it feels more dangerous than ever to make light of that threat. I will contact Sunjata and see if he can go in our stead. Might I suggest Noah or Sah as a fourth participant?
Either way, we'll be on the shorelines to help the moment you return.
