cold calling - the VOICE - 07-21-2019
It comes like a song on the wind. Is the sound audible to everyone? Or is it in Zariah's head? Regardless - wherever it comes from, the voice is unmistakeable. The Voice is always unmistakeable.

The Greatwood welcomes Zariah Launceleyn with open arms and an open maw. Whispering on the wind, the Voice continues to offer information, instruction and guidance. Through the Wildwood, through the trees, sacred, ancient.
Dawn rises on a brisk, Leafchange morning, and the Queen of the Hollowed Grounds does not return. Not on that day, nor the next, nor the next. The woods have swallowed her up, and she has disappeared.
