[say]”It was... nice...”[/say] Peter paused, considered the word, then nodded. [say]”Nice to meet you. As well... uh... too.”[/say] He nodded again, trying to move past his stumble. It wasn’t exactly the image he wanted to leave Wessex with. He didn’t know what role, if any, he was going to play in what she was doing, but he wanted put his best image forward.

Peter watched the ascended woman walk away, unwilling to turn his back on her until she was out of sight. He wasn’t afraid of her, but it was a respect thing. Talking with Wessex had been... not simple, he hadn’t known how to take her, but it had been refreshing. New. He turned back towards the shrine, considering the advice he’d been given, then turned back to the sanctuary and headed home.
