There’s nothing left but awkward goodbye’s now, as Wessex has never been entirely sure when to hug (a thing she rarely does) or offer a hand, or simply smile and turn away. The last person who touched her in a friendly, non-intimate way was Rory, and all of a sudden a fierce longing for the man wells up inside her. If only, if only…

Sure it will be great.”[/say] The Wraith is no judge of artistic talent, but there is an odd sort of confidence in the pair; perhaps Bastien will take delight in designing something for a fellow Ascended (even if they don’t gt along), and perhaps Rexanna will be able to take her better sense of Wessex and direct him appropriately. On a whim, the older woman reaches out to pull the younger into a brief, loose embrace.[say] “Goodnight, Rex. See you soon.”[/say]
