Greetings people from Caido.
It's been a year since the end of the war. Many things had to be rebuilt. Many of us have lost things. I would like to help rebuild something. I would like to start a guild that has the goal to build things. With a large port in the vicinity as well as the necessary materials, the Grounds are excellent for it. Also, experienced ship drivers or shipbuilders as well as people for the security of the goods are needed. The grounds need people like you. Does the whole thing appeal to you? Then please send me a raven or come personally.

Through the combined efforts of multiple Halovians, the hot springs in the Fangs now have waters that can provide healing power. This is a reminder that the powers of the waters only work on Halo's soil, so please prepare accordingly when bottling the water for hunts or other excursions.

Beware of any flora variants - a new frostbloom has sprouted along Halo. Do not touch it - it appears to cause freezing.
On that note, the Monster Hunter's Guild welcomes anyone willing to investigate any other new plantlife, especially in the Wilds. Be careful - and you may notify me if you would like to join.

According to recent letters from Sohalia, Stormbreak is officially open for Abandoned. There will be a special event to welcome them in.
I would still recommend exercising caution. Please let either Evie or I know if you encounter any problems.

Recent news from Safrin given to her chosen has alluded that the threat she left to fight has gotten past her defenses. For now, any evacuation to the Refuge is voluntary but strongly encouraged for those who find travel difficult or at greater risk.
We strongly encourage any who remain in Halo to remain close to the Citadel. There are plans to convert the old Palace into an emergency shelter and improve the Infirmary at the change of the season. If you are available to assist, please send word to Evie Ignatius as soon as possible.

Recent events in Torchline have indicated the meteor island there is incredibly dangerous. Avoid it all costs.
There was a woman and several creatures there. Included is a sketch of said individual. If you see her, do not approach.
Please let Evie or I know of any other circumstances you hear about.
