Well, the conversation hadn't led to either of them crying, yelling, or storming out. So while things had ended a touch awkwardly (alright, more than a touch), it was progress. Probably. It left Remi feeling uneasy and unhappy, displaced in a way he couldn't quite articulate. The feeling flowed easily enough through the bond, but the alchemist didn't comment on it as he too stood.
[say]"No, I will be alright. Thank you for helping with the mud."[/say] So saying, Remi walked the Launceleyn to towards the door, opening and closing it softly behind him.
