Raising a brow at this, the illusionist tried on a casual shrug but it hardly hid the distress she felt at hearing this. [say]"One might think the captain would strategically pick his crew, then."[/say] She said defiantly, eyeing the empty sails.
[say]"Oh absolutely."[/say] Eloise chimed back. [say]"Only thing is, I suppose you'd have to learn how to read and write first."[/say] He could, she knew he could, but as blackness enveloped the bottom of the ship and the easy ocean-blue waters seemed far too far away from them, she found her wit slipping away.
