“[say]I’m absolutely going to try.[/say]” He offers with a soft laugh, taking her glass and releasing her from the half hug. He moves to stand at the same time she does, taking his glass and the pitcher of water back toward the back little kitchenette while she collects Fangorn. “[say]Stay safe.[/say]” He calls out toward her, placing the glasses in the sink and moving to lean against it. He watches her depart, thinking on the little warnings she’d given him, how many of them he’d already fucked up. But he supposes that’s for later – he’s got his goals in mind, his rules he won’t break, regardless of who asked it of him. He only hopes that he’s strong enough to endure any backlash if it heads south.
