Pity all those drunkards didn't think far enough ahead to help reinforce their local water hole, which, is now quite the hole of water.
The front of the bar has been sheared off by torrential winds leaving the building exposed to the rain. Water pools happily in low spots, separating out already-weak floor boards and knocking everything out of its place.
The Hanged Man will need to be REPAIRED before it can be used again (based on IC threads and random diceroll)! If repairs happen DURING monsoon season, it will require a PQ with at least 6 rounds. If it takes place AFTER monsoon season, it will require a PQ with at least 3 rounds.
