Declan's grin fades into surprised sincerity as Sunjata tells him that he does, actually, in fact, have something in mind for him. He runs the back of his thumb through one of his sandy brows, the gravity of the task given setting on his shoulders. There's a dubious smirk on his face now, but he raises no quips or questions in regards to it all.
Very well. It seems, much like Declan himself, that Sunjata may not care for taking a side (unable to choose, uncaring, same difference to Declan) - but he wants to know what's going on under his nose as well. Can't be blamed for that, and that's why Declan's offer of service is perhaps too good to pass up.
He takes the bottle with a pleased look. He looks over it, admiring the integrity of the liquid inside, perhaps even popping it open for a sample of taste and smell. When he's satisfied, he looks back up at Sunjata.
