Cian nods readily enough at this. Whether it's just easy agreement with what Finn has to say or whether these are thoughts the Eye has already had himself isn't entirely clear. Either way, the atmosphere between the two is positively agreeable for the time being.

There is a ring of finality in his tone, and indeed he rises from the chair next to Finn's, leaving his cup of tea where it was. Moving back to the window where first he started this conversation, the Eye stares out of the marbled panes into the city below, frowning deeply.
