The envelope is quite clearly from Doctor Hart, with strict instructions that it contains sensitive medical information, to be read by the intended recipient only, as soon as possible and in private. The note within is shakily written, very unlike Tobi's normally precise writing.

This is nothing medical-related, I just needed to make sure no one else (Cian) would think to open it.
I'm in the Wilds somewhere, and I don't know where I am. I was just in King's End and then suddenly somewhere else. I believe I'm in a desert and...Finn, I don't know how to get home.
I have no idea how long this will take to reach you, but if you can..please help.
