The letter will be in Tobi's incoming mail tray, and is outlined in the most official means as being Order business. This, at least, ought to discourage snooping. Along with Finn's note, Cian's letter to the Spyglass is also included.

The attached letter explains as much as I am able to say about the matter.
What I can add is that this is not a task that I think I will come back from. In body, perhaps, but in mind I cannot say. It would be best if you forgot about me

Cian won't tell me anything of where he has sent you, only that you won't be gone too long. Know that whatever happens while you are away, I'll always be here with a book to read before bed, a ball to throw, or just a hand to hold when you come back. I won't ever forget you Finn; I don't ever want to.
Remember, I'm a doctor, and I know enough of you, to know what the image on the box is in order to put your pieces back together. (That's a puzzle joke).

Hand-drawn like the rest, this one is only images.
The first, is of a sewing needle, with the focus on where the thread goes through at the top.
The second is someone with a racket, swinging at a ball but not hitting it.
The third, is a sheep.
