Finn, oblivious to Tobi's conclusions and the nails she's driving into the coffin of any relationship they might have had, can only hold her for as long as she lets him, wondering if this is how things would be if only he weren't so... himself. But eventually all things must end. Their tryst on the floor of her office; hot chocolate at LongNight. Now there's a child growing in her belly and enough nightmares in the back of Finn's mind to strangle him forever.
[say]"Breakfast,"[/say] he confirms, letting Tobi go so he can fall into step with her and head out towards the Pacifist Plaza. The sun beams overhead, promising what is probably quite an uncomfortable day for the doctor, given how far along she is. And Finn makes it until just past lunchtime before he feels the sting of withdrawal. From there? He'd rather not remember it.
