Home Away From Home - Anju - 06-30-2021
The Cataract is not far from the Wildwood, the start of the pair’s adventure. Riya has been the one to scout ahead and plot their courses, so Anju isn’t surprised when the dragon ends up directing her towards water of some sort. For a creature of fire, she is like a canine cloaked in scales, and of course as soon as the eerie red water is within sight the dragon is diving into the depths of it.
Cursing, Anju hurries through the underbrush behind her companion, emerging with dark furrowed brows and an intense frown. [say]“You do not know it is safe!”[/say] Her reprimand is sharp and commanding as it echoes, a voice that makes people stand up and listen. Everyone but Riya that is, who swans out of the water in a splash like a particularly giant swan, to the dismay of her bonded on the beach.
