The Fireheart. It’s very fitting. I’m sorry I didn’t send this sooner, along with my congratulations. Things have been a bit busy - as I've no doubt you've heard.

I'm sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you. I've just returned from a voyage to the Wilds. I wrote this as soon as I received your letter.
If I can be honest, a part of me is relieved that you remember our promise but, a bigger part of me dreads the moment we'll have to keep it. I'm sure that it will come sooner than we both would like.
