I apologise for the unexpected nature of this letter. I have received the following information from the Eye. (Here Finn includes a summary of the letter sent from Cian: The Spyglass )
Given that you were both involved in the situation in Hak Etme, I wondered if you might be able to offer your skills in this endeavour? If not, perhaps you would know of similar individuals of your calibre who could go in your stead. It is not my intention to get anyone killed.
As mentioned in the above information, LongNight may be the best time to attempt this, if you would consider it at all.
