There was something soothing about the way the grass rustled in the wind, the crashing of the waves. As much as he wasn't a Safrin follower, he did like coming up here to watch the sunset. Maeve was busy and Edmund in a game so he had come alone.
Maybe he'll go visit Safrin's shrine for the fun of it. Except he'd seen what happened to Sunjata so he made a careful point to avoid the lighthouse. But he's come up here since he was a boy so why stop now? It's not like he really cares about what the gods are doing.. Right? He's only helping one of them. Because he's selfish.. Yeah. This is all for him.
