I’m headed to Stormbreak. I feel like the catacombs, if that’s what they are, at the bottom of the Sleeping Steps is a good place to start. However, only the clergy are allowed in. Can you help with that?

Certainly - you can consider my response to this letter and its signature as written permission for you to go down there. If you show it to any of the clergy, they will lead you there.
Be careful down there - I'm not even sure what might be lurking around. And obviously, be respectful and don't break anything. (And if I'm saying it, then it's serious).
