I was out at the lighthouse leaving an offering for Vi. While I was there, a herd of ramphire dropped dead out of nowhere. Someone else was there with me and said she saw it in the wilds as well.
Keep your eyes open. Maybe Safrin knows something.

Thank you for informing me. I recently came across a water horse that was slain and drained of its blood near Wishtide. It looked like the sacrifices the cults used to make to the Old Gods. We're going to look into it.
