Danta absolutely won't take her word for it, mainly because he's just met Flora and as such has no idea about her connections to said demigods in the Cordillera. As far as he's concerned, it's just yet more pomp to add to what's probably a very average drink (as it had been last time, if memory serves). [say]"Mmhm,"[/say] he emphasises, thoroughly enjoying watching her search for the little cocktail umbrella; even though she comes up empty, seeing her bend and reach has been reward enough.

And so it goes, over gin and more gin, that the Ancient learns more of Flora, of the Hanged Man, and of the other secrets it might keep behind its closed doors and back rooms.
