This would be Phoebe's first official action as the Guardian of the Greatwood; and to say the least she was nervous. She wanted to do a good job and help the people of the wood thrive like the other nations. But the Greatwood had been devastated by the war. It had bearly been torn asunder after all, and she was unsure where to start.
They could collect magical branches from the Mathair for trade, but that didn't seem to be an immediate concern. The Bodega had always and remained bustling, especially since the addition of the Skyport.
They could train up soldiers as she and Liam had discussed...but there was no war. And the wood itself kept intruders from reaching the Village or any other important landmarks. It was something to consider, but not a pressing need.
That left regional improvements...and there were many that could be made given what had happened to the wood. Structures still needed repairing to get the Village operating as it had been once before. Roads could be improved. This definitely seemed the highest priority.
So building repair it was. And the citizens of the Greatwood did not disagree with her decree, setting to the task at once.
