Deimos had seen friends perish and buried them along the battlefield, had watched countless opponents fall to their knees, and had participated in myriads of wars, heartaches, and anguishes. But not once had he deigned to push them on another, because those experiences were enough in his own mind – much less suffer in someone else’s. So he shook his head, glancing down at the rest of the paperwork with a frown and a sigh coiled amidst the rest of the dreadful masses. [say]“No. But I will let you know if anything else should happen.”[/say] He presumed Noah would do the same – whatever knowledge they could scrape together would be powerful and potent enough; for now.
