The candles are all lit upon the wheel of fire - the wheel that turns full circle, Deepfrost into Longheat, forever and beyond - and Frey is pleased. Their presence appears but for a moment, hovering above the great and flickering wheel, each candle lit by a hand that has survived the longest of nights. Rebirth and release, a neverending cycle... yes. Frey is very pleased.
[say]"Plant your seeds, darlings. Into the earth, into each other. May the year to come be fertile, bountiful. May the sun stretch warm and the rains refresh."[/say] With a wave of their hand the wheel appears to spin, though none of the candles are displaced. Frey disappears, leaving their blessing upon this Fiat Lux and filling those in attendance with a pleasant and... tingling warmth.
