[say]”Not that there’s anything wrong with going through the motions.”[/say] Winking at her, the potter’s tone and expression made it clear he wasn’t just talking about food.
Even though Delphia was probably expecting some sort of objection from the potter, he just chuckled, the sound dark and low. [say]”See you around, Smokey.”[/say] He gave her a wave, then scooped up his jar and turned to walk away, whistling a sea shanty.
