Oblivious to Noah's odd reaction - though not Alys', which makes her smile - she similarly misses Deimos wrinkling his nose at her (though that one was planned). Not that it stops her from doing the exact same over her shoulder at him, accompanied by a flash of her tongue in playful defiance. Behaving is a bore, especially when having fun is the only thing that makes this entire tedious task go by a little faster. Funneling dew into jars isn't exactly invigorating or useful for team-building.
With Deimos' command in her ears she carefully manipulates the dew with her magic once more, hoping to get just that little bit more into her jar before she screws on the cap and looks at the level through the glass to determine if it is satisfactory.

Evie uses her magic again to get a little more in her jar before screwing on the cap.
As the morning pressed onward, the sun rising higher in the sky, their time had come to an end. Unaware of Noah’s sentiments, other than some disgruntlement across the bond (and if he didn’t want to say anything or be upfront about it, then Deimos would choose to ignore it), the Sword glanced, giving a brief inspection, to everyone’s jars. They received nods, and a satisfied smile, content with what they’d been able to snag from such small and meager amounts of water. [say]“Good. Wehave plenty.”[/say] As long as all the wares stayed capped – and he secured the lid on his own too.
Eyes flickering towards the horizon again, he jutted his head in the direction of the Oerwoud. [say]“One last stop,”[/say] as a rallying cry, and then they could return home.

[say]Jars are filled and the group will be heading to the Oerwoud next. Stay tuned for the upcoming thread![/say]
