"I'm wimpy, but I'm here to help," Cam said with a self-deprecating laugh, showing up behind Varus. It was true, to an extent. Cam wasn't accustomed to hard manual labor, but they also hadn't fully explored yet how much Ascending had enhanced their body. They might not be particularly strong, but they wouldn't tire and couldn't really hurt themself, and that gave them an advantage over Old Cam.
"We're picking a house to tear down?" They'd done something sort of like this at Mabel's, so it wasn't completely beyond their experience. "I'll go with this one, then."
They headed for the house Varus hadn't picked and looked up at it, uncertain where to start. Maybe ... with the door? Grabbing a hammer -- a bit awkwardly -- Cam started trying to pry the old door off its rusted hinges.
