Turning at the sound of footsteps, only when they are accompanied by Deimos's familiar overtones does Ronin manage to halt the partial shifting of antlers and dragonscale, and he raises his free hand to his friend in welcome. "Isn't it?" he drawls, brow furrowed as he gazes again out at the void touched forest lands. "As well as I can be on a regular day," he replies. "I honestly don't know if anyone still lives out here. I worry for the Fae, though. The Sidhe Village was no hovel - they had libraries, a skyport, an observatory..." What would have become of all of that?
