Welcome to Court of the Fallen 2.0
We’ve done a lot of growing and learning over the past 4 years, and we hope you enjoy this next stage of the site with us! But first, here’s a little lowdown on what just happened:
At the culmination of The Call, we saw the Core removed from Caido, the Voice’s sacrifice and the rise of Dygra. All of this heralded the end of the war as our characters know it, but of course nothing happens in a vacuum.
Caido’s call for aid rippled across the entirety of the continent, causing ruptures in the land itself. As a result, you saw Torchline split apart, the Fangs in Halo collapse in on themselves and Stormbreak rise into the sky, along with many other disastrous environmental effects. The world plummeted into a twilight state in the days directly following the war, and it would have been difficult to discern what exactly had happened.
A year has passed since then.
The world has settled… somewhat. Thanks to the work of Rae and Frey, the wounds caused by Caido’s call have healed more quickly than one might expect. Scars have appeared by way of forests, islands and new and unexpected landmarks, enabling regions to focus their efforts more on rebuilding and regrowth.
And as for Dygra? The existence of the Ancients is becoming more well-known by the day, and people have begun to seek out this new goddess for themselves.

New Features
- The Ancients! Read all about them here
- LOTS of new boards! (We request that you PLEASE read the board descriptions even for pre-existing places, as things may have changed!)
- LOTS of new flora and fauna!
- New map!
- Levelling changes! I would suggest copy/pasting the forms again to be sure you have the latest version.
- Outlanders are NO MORE. Your characters must be from this world now.
- Regional Champs! Receive MP if you’re part of the most active region!
- Regional Scores; a numerical indication of how advanced a region is. Gain luck and bonuses the higher your region's score is.
- There is bonus information under the achievements tab on your profiles!
- There have been MP changes! Note: These changes are not retroactive (sorry not sorry!). You may not claim exploration MP for an area that you have previously explored even if it now has new boards.
- We’ve removed the weather blurb from the sidebar. The season and year will remain. By clicking on ‘Season’ you can find the weather for each region per season.
- A FINAL REQUEST: As a year has passed, please reply to this thread to detail what your characters have been up to during this time! This will allow us to look back and reference this in future if needed.
