Bold and intrepid, she shrugged her shoulders, contemplating further actions. “I’m going to get my weapons ready, just in case.” A silent suggestion to Evie too, if she had any other ideas, defenses, or offensive capabilities.
From there, Melita did just that – snagging at her bow, assuring her quiver of arrows were at the ready.
