As Deimos laughed, Alys resisted the urge to stick her tongue out at him; she'd long since given up on such juvenile tactics. For the most part, anyway. In any case, her opinions on leadership were clear and concise. It wasn't that she didn't appreciate what went into ruling a region. On the contrary, she admired Deimos (and, by extension, Evie and Noah, even if she didn't really know them) quite a lot. She just didn't really want any part of it herself.
