"Carpenter," he greets with a nod, then grins back as he's challenged by his fellow Dragoon. Now that the prospect of a good spar is near, he dismisses his doubts about his practice weapon and shifts into a defensive stance.
"Yes, I am ready. I wish you the best of luck." He can come up with no snappy response to Koa, so he decides to act as usual and take the high road.
